The renovation of the house was carried out with an emphasis on environmental sustainability, featuring solar panels for hot water production and heating integration, triple-glazed windows to maximize energy efficiency, climate control in all rooms supported by a photovoltaic system, and a hot tub.

In the same perspective, a free service of electric charging stations for cars and bikes is offered.
